Hi. I am a tutor in Guy, Texas. I can provide tutoring in the school subjects of reading, writing, essay editing, grammar and mechanics, English, phonics, literature, TOEFL, SAT writing, and GRE test prep. I can teach and tutor students of all ages, and I feel that my teaching strengths are especially in the areas of reading and writing. Being a certified and experienced teacher, I have taught students in Arkansas and Texas. Additionally, for many years, I have also taught TOEFL in different countries around the world, including Taiwan, Japan, Abu Dhabi, and South Korea. Teaching has afforded me the chance to travel abroad and meet so many wonderful people and students. I have thoroughly enjoyed these experiences. My teaching experience includes working mostly with ESL students. However, I also have taught English and worked with special education students. As both a tutor and teacher, I can sincerely say that I enjoy the teaching profession. I attended both Arkansas Tech University and the University of Central Arkansas. In my leisure time, I like to make jewelry, travel, sing, and read.
